Alloy steel Body, made by material ASTM4142 or 42CrMo,Steel forging, heat treatment with 48-52HRC hardness, Mililled,Carbide soldered,has high toughness and wearable character. Tip is made from Low press Sintered, and Suitable Grade Selected according to the Target Projects, Which are to make sure the good performance during working.
•Are specifically designed for directional drilling back reamers to protect them from everyday wear in abrasive conditions, thus reducing tool inventory and tool replacement costs.
